൯ IMAGINE ~ Singing with HANDS & FINGERS
It's amazing these less fortunate people who are deaf and speech-impaired joining the singing team with Glee. By using sign language they "sang" 'Imagine'. At the end of the song to cheer them instead of clapping is by raising the hands in the sky and turning the hands. I was given an opportunity to attend a short program organised by YMCA in Brickfields on the basic sign language a couple of years back and I found out they are pretty cool people. Let there be muzik even though they cannot hear but they can sing with their heart, with a little help from hands and fingers.
Imagine there's no Heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living life for today
Imagine there's no countries
It's not hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace
You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world
You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one
